Return and Refund Policy

At La Cima Perfumes, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not fully satisfied, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unopened, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it. For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used perfumes cannot be returned or refunded.

To request a return, please contact us with your order number and reason for return. Once your return request is approved, we will provide the next steps.

Refunds
After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item received was damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging. We will review the issue and arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.

Promotional Offers
For Buy 1 Get 1 Free or bundle offers, all items included in the offer must be returned together. Partial returns from promotional offers may not be eligible for a refund.

Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for:
- Opened or used perfumes
- Items not in original packaging
- Items damaged after delivery due to misuse
- Gift cards or final sale items, if applicable
